Manager’s Report

1.      For October 2020; 9 homes, 9 vacant lots 2 ½ lots changed hands and 3 ne renters.

  Currently CLV has approximately 8 homes listed on market.             

2.      Open CLV Construction Permits “24”

a.       19 New construction

b.      3 Home Addition

c.       2 Detached Garages

3.    Storage area clearing has started.

4.     Fall Leaf Collection Campaign has kicked off and will run throughout November and December.

5.     Boats and Campers must be stored as of November 1, 2020.

6.     Gate house has restricted access to members due to COVID-19 concerns. We encourage all to call first.

7.     Storage area theft, security cameras are installed members need to inspect equipment no less than once a month.

8.     Vandalism at Polar Park.

9.     HGTV continues to film (Boyd’s and Winklers’s)

10.   2021Invoices being prepared to be sent out.

11.   Christmas Decorations are going up.
