Current Year Assessments, out of our 1,793 Budgeted assumption for payable lots 1,761 have paid in full or have applied first installment of split pay.

Manager’s Report

1.      For February 2021; 3 homes, 9 vacant lots have changed hands and 2 new renters.

Currently CLV has approximately 6 homes listed on market.

3.      Members can collect firewood at Main Marina from downed trees.

4.      A second effort of placing structure in Christmas Lake accomplished.

5.      Will start the leveling new storage area soon, Rezoning approved for Commercial(Kevin Laswell contactor).

6.      Lake to be Stocked IAW Fishing Survey recommendations.

7.      Spoke with Town Hall and Fire Chief about requesting open burn permit to clear storage area debris - “they are looking into it”.

8.      Boat Dock Invoices to be mailed out next week.

9.      Vacation last week of month (Spring Break).
