The meeting was called to order by Vice President RickHumerickhouse and noted that a quorum was present.
Directors present were Rick Humerickhouse, Mark Evans, LarryBall, Jason Terry, Lisa Gengelbach, Barbara Reinhold, Don Vogel & LarryLoucka.
Bill Conrad was absent.

Larry Ball made a motion to approve the February MonthlyMeeting Minutes.
The motion was seconded by Mark Evans.

TREASURER’S REPORT
Mark Evans read the Treasurer’s report for the month of February2020:

The Reserve account saw a loss of$ 19,863.60 from January to February 2020.
Don Vogel made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report.
Barbara Reinhold seconded the motion.

DELINQUENCY REPORT
Chris Ambs, Property Manager, reported on Assessmentscollected for February 2020.
PRIOR YEAR
Prior year assessments collected in February - $ 880.44
Total Collected for 2020 - $ 3,594.04
Budgeted Assumption for 2020 - $ 9,060.00
MANAGER’S REPORT
- Real Estate Report – February: 4 existing homes & 2 vacant lots changed hands
- There are approximately 12 homes for sale in CLV
- There are 13 open construction permits
- Working efforts to relocate one or two docks
- Road sealing continues – road striping to start in next couple weeks: Kaspar, Balthazar and all Melchiors east of Kaspar
- G Dock delivered and installed. Concrete dock pad to be poured & parking lot to be repaired and poured
- Dog barking complaints have increased. Trying to spread the word to all pet owners
- Boat dock invoices will be mailed March 13, 2020
ACTION ITEMS
- Complaints about roaming cats. Members want to know why cats are not restricted to same requirements as dogs. The C & R’s does not stipulate about cats being under control by the owner, just dogs.
It was decided by the board to talk to owner of the cat/s and see if thesituation can be resolved.
Chris will put an article in the next newsletter addressing the catissue.
OLD BUSINESS
· Updated on Subdivision 1 C & R’s. – The latestcount is YES – 51 / NO – 16.
Office startedcalling Subdivision 1 members on Monday, March 9 that have yet to respond.
NEW BUSINESS
- Purchase of property from the Town – Bill, Don, Mark & Chris attended the Town meeting on Monday, March 8. CLV is interested in purchasing 2.67 acres west of current maintenance property. The property is already listed with Key Associates. We need to submit our offer to buy this parcel through the realtor. The town will then either accept, counter or reject our offer.
CLV is wanting to purchase this property to build a new maintenance building,expand the storage lots and possibly build covered storage spaces in the future.
Don made a motion that we offer the town $10,500 for the 2.67 parcel.
Larry Ball seconded the motion.
All in Favor 6 to 0.
Lisa Gengelbach abstained due to working for Key Associates

- Parks & Rec – Larry Loucka – Working on a Kids Fishing Tourney to be held May 9 – 1 person showed up at last night’s meeting. Will schedule another meeting.
- Nominating/Election – Don Vogel– (1) member has signed up for the June election – Jeff Stillman
- By-Laws & C & R’s – Lisa Gengelbach - No Report
