Jonathan Kincaid

512 West Prancer Drive South

My name is Jonathon Kincaid, I am 38 years old and I live at 512 West Prancer Drive South Santa, Claus IN 47579.  Other than my four years, at Western Kentucky University, obtaining a degree in Business Economics with a minor in Business Administration in 2004, I have been a lifelong Spencer County resident.  After graduating from WKU sixteen years ago,I started cleaning the bathrooms and have worked my way up to being theVice-President of a family owned regional insurance agency located in Rockport,IN.  My wife and I were married in 2007 and have two boys, Wyatt and Miles, who attend Lincoln Trail Elementary.  My wife works there, as well as Special Educational Assistant and she just finished her Masters in Elementary Education and will be pursuing a job in the North Spencer School Corporation.  In short, we lived in the southern part of the county in the first part of our married life and my wife stayed at home when the boys were babies but she always knew she wanted to get back into education and get back to North Spencer where she grew up.  Since moving to CLV it has been a wonderful experience with all of the amenities it offers and I want to see it to continue or even improve for the years to come.  I am not the type of person that sits on the side lines and likes to be involved, whether its in my career or in my personal life.  I was the President of Trustees for Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Chrisney and coordinated several projects, during my tenure.  Because of my career and business, I have a lot of regional contacts that I bring that could aid CLV, in potential projects, etc.

Once again, I have no agenda other than  Iwant CLV to continue to be a great place to raise a family and continue its high quality reputation for many years to come.

If you have any questions, please let me know.   Have a great day.

Respectfully,

Jonathon Kincaid

Jason Terry

232 South Garland

Hello CLV, my name is Jason Terry.  I am 38 years old and I am currently serving on the board for CLV. I'd love to have the opportunity to continue to learn and help better our community. I have also joined two other committees to help out when I can. I have only lived here a year but I love everything about the special place we get to call home. I would love the opportunity to continue on the board and serve my fellow neighbors to make this the absolute best community to live in.

                            Thank you,

                             Jason Terry

Matthew Benningfield

608 Comet Lane

My name is Matthew Benningfield. I hold a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Applied Statistics.  I work at Kimball Electronics in Jasper, IN as a Business Intelligence Application Developer.  I have a wife, Megan, and three children, Sophie, Cameron, and Asher.  With all that being said, I feel as though this would be a great opportunity to represent the up-and-coming generation in Christmas Lake Village as well as the well established working professional generation.  As more young residents join the Christmas Lake Village community, I think it is important to have a representative that sees the community from their perspective as well as from the perspective of someone with a family who is well established.  I think now is the time to create a more age-diverse board team so we can ensure CLV thrives and is recognized by all residents as a sociable and inclusive community rather than just a place to live.

Thank you,

Matthew Benningfield

I am asking to be considered for one of the three positions open on the Christmas Lake Board. I purchased property in the village last year and moved from Cincinnati in early 2020.

While in Cincinnati, I served on a board for abused and abandoned children in Butler and Hamilton counties in Ohio. We held fund raising events which usually were my responsibility. I realize this isn't quite the same for a comparison but I wanted to be come involved in my new community.

Before moving to the village I was a critical care nurse working at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati. I have since retired and chose to move closer to my hometown of Tell City.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Jeff Stillman

I am dedicated to making CLV the best that it can be., having previously served on the Board and am a past president of the Board. I have served on all the committees since moving to CLV, have chaired several of them, and am still on most of them. I am on the advisory planning commission in the Town of Santa Claus. I am life member of the VFW and past Post Commander. As a director, I would continue to work making improvements to CLV while making sure we do it in the most cost-effective way.
